SHIPPING INFORMATION

Thank you for visiting and shopping at the mcpc online store. The following are the shipping terms and conditions that make up our shipping policy. All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping to the listed address is estimated to be completed by the next business day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email to keep you informed. Orders are shipped via a partner courier company after payment is confirmed. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

GENERAL RETURN TERMS

You have the right to return all products purchased within 14 calendar days and request an exchange or refund. After 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the product by the user, no right of return is granted. Returns are only accepted:

1. After the customer communicates via email with our company within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product and notification of his intention to return the product to us.

2. When the product is accompanied by the original sales document.

3. When the product is in its original condition and has not been used, it has all accompanying documents such as (labels, warranty form, instructions for use, etc.) and its packaging is in excellent condition. The return of the product is accepted only if the buyer has paid any amount charged to the store for sending the product to him as well as the shipping costs for returning the product. Otherwise, our company has the right not to accept the return and the product will be returned to the customer-sender at his own expense.

4. In the event that the buyer wishes to withdraw from the purchase of the product, he must return the product within 14 calendar days of the day we receive notice of his intention to withdraw from this agreement and return the product to us. Any costs that may arise are borne by the buyer. If the product is in perfect condition and without any defect, then the customer/consignor is entitled to receive the money paid for the purchase of the product.

5. In case of total or partial unavailability of the products after placing the order, the customer will be informed by phone on the number specified in the registration form or by personal message to his email, for any product that may be out of stock and they will receive information for partial or total cancellation of their order as well as for cancellation of the possible corresponding charge.

SHIPPING RETURNS

The charge for product returns and replacements is borne by customers through the use of our partner courier company.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Within 2 working days you will receive our reply by email with instructions regarding the return via the partner courier company. Upon receipt of your return a thorough inspection will be carried out and if there is no problem or defect with the product, packaging or accompanying documents you will be notified by email of its acceptance.

RETURN OF FUNDS

In the event that you do not wish to replace your order with an alternative or new product, the refund will be made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the refund by the company. Refunds will be made in the same manner as the original purchase payment, unless your original payment was REFUNDABLE ON DELIVERY. The refund in such a case will be made by Bank Deposit, to a bank account indicated by the customer.
