To return an item, simply complete this Return Merchandise Form and send to M.C. Private company with return shipping. Please ensure that the goods you are returning are in their original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return and issue a refund.

You will have to pay for returns. Pack the items in an order box (or other rigid cardboard box).

Credit card: Our bank will reimburse you within 14 working days of Return Acceptance Confirmation. The time it takes for the credit to be restored to your account depends on the Credit Card Issuer. Please note that we cannot issue refunds to a credit card other than the one used for the purchase.

REFUND: Your refund will be issued by bank transfer to the bank account that should be indicated on this Refund Form. You will see the refund in your account within 10 business days of the Return Confirmation.
