Changes - Returns
GENERAL TERMS
You have the right to return any products purchased within 14 calendar days and request their exchange or refund. After 14 calendar days from the day the product has been received by the user, no right of return can be granted.
Returns are accepted only:
- Following communication of the customer by email with our Company within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product and notification of their intention to return the product to us.
- When the product must be accompanied by the original sales document.
- When the product is in its original condition and has not been used, it bears all accompanying documents such as (tags, labels, warranty form, instructions for use, etc.) and its packaging is in excellent condition. The return of the product is accepted only if the buyer has paid any amount charged to the store for sending the product to them as well as the shipping costs for the return of the product. Otherwise, our Company has the right not to accept the return and the product will be returned to the customer-sender at their own expense.
- In case the buyer wishes to withdraw from the purchase of the product, they must return the product within 14 calendar days from the day we receive the notification of their intention to withdraw from this agreement and return the product to us. Any and all costs that may occur shall be borne by the buyer. If the product is in excellent condition and without any defects, then, the customer/sender has the right to receive the money paid for the purchase of the product.
- In case of total or partial unavailability of products after the placement of an order, the customer will be informed, by phone to the number they have specified in the registration form or by a personal message in their e-mail, for any product that may be out of stock, and they will receive information on partial or total cancellation of their order as well as on cancellation of the possible corresponding charge.
SHIPMENT OF RETURNS
The charge of returns and replacement of products burdens the customers through the use of our collaborating courier company.
RETURN PROCEDURE
The procedure is simple and can be done as follows:
Call us at 211 2678 748 and briefly explain the reason of the return.
Fill in the online return form and send to info@mcpc.gr
Within 2 working days you will receive our reply by email with instructions concerning the return through our collaborating courier company.
Upon receipt of your return a thorough check will be executed and if no problem or defect arises with the product, the packaging or the accompanying documents you will be notified by email for its acceptance.
RETURN OF FUNDS
In case you do not wish a replacement for your order with an alternative or new product, the return of funds will be executed within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the return by the company.
The return of funds will be executed through the same manner of the initial payment of the purchase, unless your original payment was CASH ON DELIVERY. The return of funds in such a case will be made through Bank Transfer, to a bank account indicated by the client.
It is absolutely necessary that the client provides through email at info@mcpc.gr the IBAN of his bank account, the bank where this account is held, the account beneficiary as it appears in his bank statement. For security reasons, the beneficiary or the co-beneficiary of the account must be the same person as the one appearing on the purchase receipt.
Purchases made as gifts can be exchanged with other products and will not be refunded in cash.
In case you ask for a change of a product and the product to be changed is of a lower value than the one of the original order, the monetary difference will be refunded.
